Meet Thea

Thea Economos is an inspiring young leader and innovative entrepreneur who brings creativity, strategy, and purpose to everything she does. As a member of the Young Change Agents Youth Council, Thea leads the youth engagement component of the Entrepreneurial Schools Project, ensuring that young voices are at the heart of designing Australia’s next generation of innovative learning environments.

In 2025, Thea served as a Youth Delegate at the ASPA Summit at Parliament House and represented Australian youth at the E3 Unconference in Tasmania, where she shared insights on embedding entrepreneurial education in schools nationwide. She also manages communications for the Australian Teens in Business Awards, amplifying the stories of young changemakers across the country.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Thea has founded and grown several ventures including Design by Thea, Thea Nicole, and Thea Communications, reflecting her passion for design, branding, and authentic storytelling. A 2024 high school graduate, Thea is now pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at Flinders University, combining her interest in human behaviour with her drive to empower the next generation of changemakers.
